We work with organisations and employers to develop and deliver training programmes aimed to improve public health through physical activity. As well as delivering nationally recognised qualifications based around community activation, teen fitness, exercise referral, mental health and disability, our products can be tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
With training and development, physical activity leaders can engage and promote the maintenance of healthier lifestyles.
We pride ourselves on providing quality education and creating aspiring role models within the community and workplace.
